HSY-0480 *Rare earth free (CaO)x (ZrO2)1-x

Features

  • HSY-0480 is a calcium-stabilized zirconia powder.
  • It is our proprietary material designed for sintered bodies, offering high strength, excellent fracture toughness, and superior resistance to hydrothermal degradation.
  • Its sintering temperature is approximately 200°C lower than that of conventional zirconia materials, contributing to reduced energy consumption and lower CO₂ emissions.
  • Unlike typical zirconia sintered bodies that contain rare earth elements such as yttrium, HSY-0480 is completely free of rare earth elements.
